We loved that there were on site laundry facilities, and free at that. I have two recommendations: run a cleaning cycle with bleach every so often and a sign to remind guests not to shut the door of the washer all the way as keeping it closed will not allow the washer to dry completely. There was mold growing on the gasket of the washer on the first floor washer.
Larger TVs would be a nice upgrade as well
We LOVED the ability to ski in, ski out. On site lockers were also convenient to have. I loved the little apres ski activities they offered as well like the hot cider and s'mores. We also really liked the pancake breakfast they had the first morning of our stay there.

The outdoor hot tub was 30 feet from my comfortable room. Another hot tub (or two) was nearby. Just past the hot tub was the gate to the slopes. 30 feet from the gate was the Red Dog Express Lift. The Palisades Village with shops, restaurants, and bars was a 2 minute walk away. Location doesn’t get much better than that!

Longer front desk hours for personal check in? But I really didn’t need that, and there were instructions for late arrivals.
Location. 30 feet from the hot tub. 30 more feet to the gate to the slopes. 30 more feet to the Red Dog Express lift. And only a 2 minute walk into the Palisades Village with shops and restaurants. You can’t beat that.

The wifi didn't work at first. Took a call to the vendor.

Everything was amazing! The room was so clean and well stocked. Just as a note, our room was very hot, even with the heater off during our stay. We needed to crack the window to keep it cool enough. The mattress on the pull out couch was also subpar and not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
Hard to pick one thing, but you can't beat the location. Plus the room was truly perfect. Had everything we needed. Front desk staff was so kind too.
